We are seeking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager/Store Keeper to join our dynamic team in Eleganza, Lekki. The ideal candidate will have a background in furniture and interior design, demonstrating expertise in managing inventory, organizing storage spaces, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining an organized and well-functioning warehouse to support the operational needs of our client furniture and interior design firm.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of all items within the warehouse.
- Implement efficient inventory control practices to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Space Optimization:
- Organize and optimize warehouse space to accommodate various furniture and interior design items.
- Implement effective shelving and storage solutions for improved accessibility and space utilization.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure the picking, packing, and dispatching of products meet quality standards.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the integrity of all stored items.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report any discrepancies.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and efficient working environment.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure the warehouse operates in accordance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Store Keeper, preferably in a furniture and interior design firm.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of furniture and interior design materials and products.
- HND/BSC
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from ₦100,000.00 to ₦120,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
